Naturopathy

Naturopathy

Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health based on the principle that our body has the inherent ability to heal itself.  The foundations of naturopathy are based on healthy diet, clean water, sunlight, exercise, stress management, optimal sleep and gut health.

Naturopathic treatement focuses on the individual, addressing the underlying cause of illness, not just symptoms.

Nutrition

Nutrition

Good nutrition is essential for growth, development, cognition and prevention of illness.  Healthy eating means choosing the right foods for you, and this can be confusing with so many fab diets and conflicting nutritional information.

In a nutritional consultation we help you ensure you are meeting your nutritional requirements in a way that suits your lifestyle.

I was recommended by a friend to see Jean and am so pleased I did! Jean is always so comprehensive – making sure she gets a full picture of health, thinking outside the box and providing options. She is really great at explaining the reasons behind her recommendations and also encourages me to trust my intuition if I’m unsure about something. I love that Jean is supportive of me asking questions and is happy to do some extra research to make sure I am comfortable with any recommendations – she is a gem! I have also noticed a positive difference in the way my body feels after a few months of following Jean’s recommendations and have developed a different way of looking at food that is supportive of what my body needs. I would definitely recommend anyone to see Jean – she is amazing!

You know that saying, ‘It takes a village to raise a child?’ I believe it takes a village of professionals to help support you on your journey to great health. Jean plays a very integral part in my path to heal myself. Her holistic approach to health, her knowledge, her understanding and her ability to communicate have led me (and my family) to flourish and thrive naturally. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jean to anyone. Five huge, sparkly gold stars from me!
