400ml organic coconut cream
1 cup organic frozen raspberries
2 tbsp organic maple syrup
2 tbsp organic cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp organic chia seeds
Place the coconut cream, raspberries, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor and blitz on high until the mixture is smooth.
Add the chia seeds and stir through to combine.
Pour the mixture into four serving cups or jars and put in the fridge to set overnight.
